Genesis

Our clinic is named after the ancient Egyptian goddess of fertility (Isis). In 2006, Dr Andreas Mavrides a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist returned to Cyprus after 16 years of working at the best hospitals and fertility units in the UK. Upon his return he founded the ISIS Clinic in Nicosia in 2009, a specialist private medical company, combining exceptional patient care with state-of-the-art technology. Dr Sozos Fasouliotis, a fertility specialist who worked in Israel and the USA, and Dr Solon Riris, an advanced laparoscopic surgeon soon joined ISIS Clinic.

In 2021, ISIS Clinic expanded with the opening of a second location in Limassol, offering the same cutting-edge technology and high-quality services.

Theatres

We have fully equipped theatres that are custom-built for laparoscopic work, one of the clinic's strongest specialities. We currently perform all our laparoscopic surgery (diagnostic and operative) using high definition 4D equipment with monitor brackets and custom-made lighting to make laparoscopic operating more ergonomic and efficient. In addition, we have theatre nurses with vast experience in the field of laparoscopic work.

I also have to say thank you for the paediatrician and anaesthesiologist that the clinic provided us. I will talk about all the services the clinic offers like pre-birth preparation, webinars, breastfeeding tips before and after, every girl ready before and after her baby is born! I will finish with the girls who provide the food and cleanliness in the clinic, excellent cleanliness of the clinic and very nice food, as well as concern for each girl’s companion. Due to the distance from our home and since we had to stay a few days longer in the clinic they offered to wash our clothes which I appreciated very much.
