Step 1
Potential egg donors must complete the online application. Click here to fill out our online egg donor application.
Step 2
The donation process starts with a short telephone call with a member of our friendly donation team. We will ask for some initial information, while also explaining the process in more detail and answering any questions you might have.
Step 3
Potential egg donors will visit the clinic to discuss the process and carry out some blood tests and an ultrasound.
Step 4
Before starting any donation process you will have a short conversation with one of our psychologists. This is a great opportunity to ask about the non-clinical aspects of egg donation to ensure you are happy to proceed.
Step 5
Once your test results are back you will speak with our donor coordinator to discuss the results. During this chat we will also confirm a “donation plan” based on the results.
Step 6
Most donors will undergo a course of medication and monitoring which will help ensure the best possible results.
Step 7
Having monitored your blood and scan results, your doctor will decide when the optimal time is to collect your eggs. The procedure involves collecting eggs from the woman’s ovaries using a needle that is passed through the vagina and into each ovary under ultrasound guidance and deep sedation.
Step 8
Most of all you can feel happy in the knowledge that you have helped someone’s dream of a family come true.
