PGT for Chromosomal Structural Rearrangements (PGT-SR) is applied to detect any structural chromosomal abnormalities that most probably will not lead to a successful pregnancy. These structural abnormalities can be changes on the size or arrangement of the chromosomes which means incorrect amount of genetic material. PGT-SR was also formerly known as Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS)
